What are the conditions for investment and operation enterprises to declare and receive bonus funds?

According to the regulations, it must be an enterprise registered in Fei and has independent legal personality, and its business license business scope should include investment and operation of electric vehicle charging facilities; The company has no less than 10 full-time technical personnel engaged in new energy vehicle charging related fields, including no less than 3 employees holding special operation certificates (electrician certificates); Charging facilities shall comply with relevant standards and specifications for charging equipment, interfaces, safety and so on; The retention period of operational data is not less than 3 years; Access the city-level operation and management platform as required to realize the supervision and management of charging facilities and charging processes, data collection, etc.; The city-level operation and management platform provides a unified public service entrance for the whole city, and provides the public with convenient charging facility information inquiry and charging services.

For the investment and operation enterprises of charging facilities that pass the review, a reward of 0.6 yuan/kWh will be given according to the effective charging amount, and the operating enterprise will deduct the full amount from the user's charging fee, and the effective charging order data collected by the municipal operation management platform shall be used as the basis for calculation. According to the pricing regulations of the Hefei price department on charging service fees, DC fast charging does not exceed 0.7 yuan/kWh, AC slow charging does not exceed 0.5 yuan/kWh, the DC charging pile charging price of the enterprise declaring the bonus fund should not be higher than the actual electricity price plus 0.1 yuan/kWh, and the charging price of the AC charging pile should not be higher than the actual electricity price minus 0.1 yuan/kWh.

The charging facility operation bonus fund adopts the method of post-subsidy, and the application scope is the actual charging volume generated between January 1, 2022 and May 8, 2022. It should be noted that if it is found that the charging facilities are not open to the public and refuse to rectify, the qualification to apply for bonus funds will be canceled.
