At present, the difficulty is that it is difficult for charging piles to enter the community, and the construction of charging facilities in some parking lots, gas stations, highway service areas, passenger and freight hubs and other places is slow. Cui Dongshu, secretary general of the Passenger Association, said that China's public charging facilities are mainly concentrated in the central areas of first-tier cities, and the layout of second- and third-tier cities, county and rural areas, urban peripheral areas, highways and other areas is insufficient.

The "Implementation Opinions on Further Improving the Service Guarantee Capacity of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Shaanxi Province" released recently pointed out that at the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan", major urban areas strive to form a charging service circle with a radius of no more than 2 kilometers; Full coverage of charging infrastructure in key areas of counties and townships; The coverage rate of charging infrastructure in expressway service areas has reached 100%, and ordinary national and provincial trunk highways and rural roads have formed effective coverage; Scenic spots, parks, enterprises and institutions are equipped with charging infrastructure; 100% of the newly built residential communities will build charging facilities or reserve installation conditions, and the charging service capacity of existing residential communities will be significantly improved; Promote the application of Shaanxi intelligent vehicle networking platform, and the access rate of charging piles has reached 100%.
During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Shaanxi Province will build 355,400 new charging piles of various types. Among them, there are 60,900 public charging piles (including 12,200 township charging piles) and 294,500 personal and special charging piles, which can meet the charging needs of 800,000 to 1 million electric vehicles.
The newly released "Jilin Province New Energy Industry High-quality Development Strategy Plan (2022-2030)" clearly states that adhere to the principle of moderate advance and reasonable layout, and build and improve infrastructure systems such as electric vehicle charging piles, green exchange stations, hydrogen refueling stations, and centralized maintenance of power batteries. By 2025, we will strive to build 500 charging (exchange) power stations, with more than 10,000 charging piles and more than 100,000 electric vehicle charging needs.
The Administrative Measures for the Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Nanjing Residential Areas, which came into effect on January 1, 2023, require that 100% of the planned parking spaces in new residential areas should reserve the installation conditions for charging infrastructure construction, and that charging facilities should be built at least 20% of the planned number of parking spaces, and should have an orderly charging function, and the orderly charging pile should have the function of controlling the output power of charging facilities, realize peak charging, and synchronize planning, design, construction and acceptance with the main building in residential areas. Fire protection zones should be set up in accordance with the construction of 100% charging infrastructure for parking spaces.
Pay attention to overseas markets
Today, new energy vehicles have become a business card made in China, and exports are growing. Along with independent new energy vehicles, there are also supporting facilities such as charging piles. The above-mentioned industry insiders said that with the increasing number of new energy vehicles in various countries, the market demand for charging facilities such as charging piles is also increasing. Domestic relevant production enterprises should seize the opportunity to strengthen the layout of overseas new energy charging markets.
Huaan Securities Research Report pointed out that according to IEA estimates, the global charging pile market in China, Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia and other countries or regions to accelerate the construction of 6.92 million public charging piles, is expected to complete the construction of 6.92 million public charging piles in 2025, and is expected to complete the construction of 15.37 million public charging piles in 2030. Among them, the United States is expected to complete 1.32 million in 2030, and Europe is expected to complete 2.41 million in 2030.
It is worth mentioning that domestic charging pile companies have certain technical and cost advantages in international competition, and overseas markets have a high acceptance of Chinese enterprises.
Xiangshan said in the previously disclosed investor relations activity record form that the company's European standard charging pile products have been developed and are gradually investing in overseas markets through the company's overseas teams and channels. The company is simultaneously promoting the development of American standard charging and distribution products.
Xiangshan said that as the core manufacturer of Volkswagen and Audi brand charging piles, the company has reached the standard of vehicle regulation in terms of product performance and safety level, and is more likely to be favored by European and American customers. The company has a complete sales, operation and support team in Europe and the United States, and has also established an overseas charging pile team in the past two years, which will help the company quickly expand its business.
Huaan Securities pointed out that there are differences between the overseas charging pile market and the domestic market in terms of charging pile classification, certification standards, consumer preferences, charging methods, etc. Domestic enterprises are facing cultural differences and product certification thresholds when going overseas, and enterprises with strong technical strength, earlier business layout in overseas markets, close cooperation with overseas manufacturers, and strong software and hardware integration capabilities are expected to stand out in the process of going overseas.
