1、Unplug the charging gun.

① AC pile: hold the charging gun handle with one hand, press the charging gun micro switch downward and pull out the charging gun with force.

② DC pile: hold the charging gun handle with one hand, drag the gun with the other hand, lift the gun upward until the micro switch or slide switch is parallel to the ground. Press the charging gun micro switch (or slide the switch forward if it is a slide switch) downward with force, and then pull out the charging gun with force. (The operation of pulling out the gun after the gun head is locked is the same as above 👆)

2、Insert the charging gun

AC pile: hold the charging gun handle with one hand, insert it back into the charging pile port/car-end charging port, and hear a "click" sound, indicating that it is correctly inserted.

DC pile: hold the charging gun handle with one hand, drag the gun with the other hand, and lift the charging gun until the micro switch (slide switch) is parallel to the ground. Insert the charging gun back into the charging port/car-end charging port, and hear a "click" to indicate that it is correctly inserted.

AC pile "lock gun": first lock the car, unlock, and then pull the gun

AC pile gun head is locked, generally due to the car end settings caused by the user can first try to repeat the locking and then unlocking steps on their own, here is an example of the Ola model, to demonstrate.

1、Unlock the vehicle
Way I: Vehicle key remote control operation
① If the vehicle is in a locked state while charging, press the vehicle remote key to unlock it.

②If the vehicle is in an unlocked state while charging, press the vehicle remote key lock button first, then press the unlock button.

Way 2: Main driver's side door handle operation
①If the vehicle is in a locked state while charging, press and hold the inside of the main driver's side door handle and open the door to touch to unlock it.

②If the vehicle is in an unlocked state while charging, press the lock button on the door handle first, and then press the inner door handle to open the door and touch to unlock it.

③After completing the above unlocking action, the whole vehicle is in the unlocked state, and the mechanical locking hook between the charging seat and the charging gun at the car end will be unlocked and returned.

DC pile "lock gun": depending on the "light" situation

The design of DC pile of Anfu New Energy is relatively uniform. Take the double-gun DC pile as an example, the charging guns are located on both sides, the emergency stop button is located in front (some charging piles have the emergency stop button located on the side of the pile), and there are three groups of "red, green and yellow" lights on the front, which are the power light, operation light and fault light respectively. In the process of use, if the order is over and the gun is locked, you can check the indicator light effect for specific analysis and treatment.

1、When the power light and the running light are on.

Step 1: Click the button of "stop charging" in the charging order, if the running light is off, the next step of gun pulling can be carried out.

Step 2: If the operation light is not off, the charging order will be displayed as "Stopping" and a 4-digit unlock code will appear. At this time, select the corresponding charging gun number on the charging post screen, click the "Charging Details" button, click "Stop", a window of "Please enter the unlock code" will pop up, enter the 4-digit unlock code and you can stop charging and try to unplug the gun. Enter the 4-digit unlock code, then you can stop charging and try to pull out the gun. Of course, you can also directly click the "Unlock Code" button in the upper right corner of the charging order to get the unlock code.

Step 3: If the running light is still not out after the above operation, you can press the emergency stop button to stop charging and try to pull out the gun after the running light is out; if the running light is still not out after the emergency stop button is tapped, you need to call the customer service hotline: 400-805-56778 for feedback.

2、The power light is on and the operation light is off: the gun pulling operation is carried out directly.

3、Both power light and running light are off: at this time, the charging pile is in the state of no power, and it is impossible to carry out the gun pulling operation, users need to contact customer service 400-805-5677 as soon as possible to deal with it.
