With the basic completion of the national unified electricity market and the further liberalization of the market-oriented electricity price mechanism, some institutions predict that due to the proportion of new energy power generation will further increase to 48% in 2030, and the instability of the power generation end will be further improved, it is expected that the operating market size of virtual power plants will reach 96.8 billion yuan in 2025; By 2030, the operating market size of virtual power plants will exceed 450 billion yuan. The energy storage resources of new energy vehicles mediated by charging networks provide demand response and auxiliary services for the power grid, which has become one of the important supporting factors in the market-oriented development of virtual power plants.


Therefore, in the face of huge energy storage resources of new energy vehicles, how to do a good job in demand response and energy efficiency management, how to achieve in-depth interaction between the power grid and the charging network, and break through the problem of power shortage, is to integrate charging operators, power grid enterprises, electricity sales enterprises, property service enterprises, car companies and users and other stakeholders, in the pile construction and power sales links, give full play to the driving force of virtual power plants, will usher in the innovation of new business models in the charging industry.
