The grid connection period of this batch of photovoltaic guarantee projects and market-oriented projects is December 31, 2022, and the grid connection period of wind power projects is December 31, 2023. For existing projects, the Anhui Provincial Energy Bureau requires that the construction of existing projects be accelerated. Existing projects such as wind power projects approved before the end of 2020 and within the validity period of approval, affordable wind power photovoltaic projects in 2019 and 2020, and bidding photovoltaic projects shall be directly included in the scope of guaranteed grid-connected projects. Existing projects included in the scale of guaranteed grid connection shall be completed and connected to the grid in accordance with the promised time limit, and if the grid connection and full capacity are not completed on time, the unused guaranteed grid connection scale will be recovered and corresponding penalties will be imposed on the investment entity.
